The vp of latin America is Doug C. He was the vp of us operations. He is one of the sharpest leader in the company. He know the LA marketplace - very experienced. He will asking the tough questions on your interview. Great guy and manager.

When do you think the hiring process it is going to start to happen in Brazil ? The Commercial entity already exist since April 2011. First steeps are warehouse and labs before submit first products and for that need lot of money and good people........

why do they need labs/people in Mexico? They have plenty with not much to do North of the border in RTP, they have Regulatory dept with not much to submit too

The red necks in RTP do not speak Spanish and are not familiar with filing in LA. It would also be expensive to produce anything in RTP. Also heard there are plans to close the plant soon.

You should connect via linkedin with Doug C. He can offer some intellectual insight to your questions. DC is a man of knowledge and class. He is also well connected. Who knows? You may have a friend at ayzi.

Come on guys ! In Brazil the native language is Portuguese !
The Brazilian Regulatory Agency demands that for imported products the Company needs to have own warehouse and run all specification tests in the own laboratory.

That's a long way to run before starting the local operations......

Time exists to learn Portuguese :)

You should provide guidance to DC. DC already signed up for Canadian language classes because he wants to run Canada as well.

DC here: I'm disappointed that you think I'm that dumb. For your information, the company did sent me to Wharton for management training a year ago. I did very well. Thus, I know that Canadian, Mexican and Brazilian are not languages; the are types of food.

Yes, doug we also know you speak oriental fluently. You is sharp. I believe Dougs native tongue is jersey shore-this splains his unique ability to transition from guido to mexican to brazillian to oriental-maybe its the magic powers his 1970 Elton John glasses give him....
