It was a marketing pissing contest. Tory got the CE force approved and Mark wanted a similar expenditure/sales force. So he got Hkam approved. It also gave leadership some eyesight/experiment which force provided more to the company: a contract force or dedicated sales force. Turns out none do. Sales were relatively stable during covid. Eisai rep here! Stop bashing them! All we do is make data change requests that are FAKE, we don’t ever enter sales calls and have useless conference calls all the time. My numbers are better then my ABL and have to report to this person who doesn’t know how to manage. I’ve got a new job and will double dip for a while.
