Suppose in a hypothetical event where JCl gets clot formation in his aorta and/or femoral artery (blaming on stress, poor diet, or epigenomics). What you think cardologist will advice him? Plavix (clopidogrel) or Lilly's Effient(prasugrel)?

I hope that who ever posted this is not in the Cardio sales force. If you have a clot in your aorta or femoral artery you would have to have sludge running through your veins. Clots that Effient and Plavix help keep from reforming are located in the arteries of the outer wall of the heart which are extremely small in comparison to the aorta or femoral artery. But to answer the question he wouldn't choose either. His cardiologist would.
