We knew from the beginning that lives saved = deaths caused. Also that doctors were to advise patients on not being bothered about bleeding... come on, who wants to bleed?

That said, this is not the only business relationship that persevered despite negative consequences for the Lilly mother ship. I have seen plenty. Stupidity begets stupidity.

Just sayin' --- and I wouldn't be bothered at all, but hey, careers are being destroyed very casually and with them, any hopes for the pipeline are being lost.
