What are the main devices sold for a full line rep within the energy, endoscopic and mechanical product line and who is the biggest competition?

Energy - Harmonic and Enseal?

Endoscopic - Endopouch, LAPRA-TY, Suture Assistant, Endoloop, Endoknot, Endopath, etc?

Mechanical - ?

Competition?

Energy Harmonic revenues approximately $400M in USA (95% disposable revenue)
LIGASURE approx 400M in USA (80% seal cut and 95% disposables revenue)
Gyrus ($100M)
Enseal ($40M)

Numerous others getting into vessel sealing including Intuitive (da Vinci endowrist) and Conmed (the Altrus device). There are some existing technologies from Starion/Microline (less than $10M), Caiman (formerly Aragon Surg - acquired recently by Aesculap (under $10M), etc.

JnJ competes with itself (linear staplers, suture, Enseal and Harmonic) internally in addition to the myriad of other technologies out there.
