What is the current market like for EES full line reps? I see an opening, just wanted to get a heads up on the climate. IS it growing, declining, is the quota achievable?
 












Quota is a mess. Not realistic. Product innovation is far behind the competition. Good entry level device if you want to be in the OR. Be prepared to work like crazy for 90-110k. Ethicon reps have a horrible reputation of doing nothing in the OR except telling nurses how to load their staplers. This should be your last choice depending on your experience. Complete micro management everywhere you turn.

Where do people go after ees? Besides intuitive
 






start your own rep company and go independent . alot of the old timers have done this . Your value are your relationships . Or go to work for another jnj company but its the same song and dance
 






Thanks for the info. In device 5 yrs now...looking at other options...I assumed pay was much higher, I'm at $165k plan now...110...ouch.


...also been thinking the independent route, will start looking into that.
