EEOC Lawsuites filed against Astellas RSM, her ABD and the National Sales Manager. All are named in this suite, it is the most far reaching suite of it's kind in years. There will be people questioned at the NSM, based on taped recordings and video from Las Vegas security camera's. Security camera's at Panera Bread, & The Bread Co.

EEOC Attorney asked "Were you aware that they the employee you harassed and committed agism, sexism agianst had a recoding device taping you during rants, raves and your crying fits in public places." The good news is, it's admissable.

The RSM in question created situations with male employees that were caught on video and were taped using high definition recordings that are admissable in EEOC lawsuites.

The employees who filed this suite have stated they will not settle and will hold out for trial.

What is it that they say about Karma?!

Is this really true or did someone write this to be outrageous? The manner in which this is written is so laden with misspellings and incorrect grammar, it's a little difficult to believe it was written by a credible individual. I not saying this to be rude.

Don't get me wrong, I certainly believe what you're saying to be plausible, based on things I have seen, heard with my ears, and witnessed at the company, I am looking for the truth in what was written here!

The company does a good job of fighting off most lawsuits, so I am hoping this is the one that will work in favor of the plaintiff!!

If this is true - It's about time!!!

WE ARE ALL HELPLESS SAD PATHETIC VICTIMS AND NEED TO SUE TO GET OUR DIGNITY BACK! WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You sure do a lot of name calling on this site. If you were any type of man at all you'd put your name to those posts. Most of us vent and discuss w/o all the juvenile behavior. Take it somewhere else.

Arent they all! The managers - all divisions are a joke- they dont know how to sell and RSMs -are just promoted managers! They have no life and think they are more important than they really are. If they only knew how many people make fun of them and think they are all useless, ugly big nerds.

It appears that in many cases the company chooses to "settle" these suits out of court rather face the publicity of going to trial. Especially, when they know damaging information or practices could be made public. It is just cheaper that way. Sad but true! Hopefully this thread has some truth to it!

Ha, wish I could upvote this comment. Good grammar, short, only one four letter word, and what the heck, who doesn't like hookers?

legal rider: I don't approve of hookers really, it's a joke.
