Enough is enough. An EEOC file was opened in a regional EEOC office today. This means an investigation has started and the EEOC is looking for additional examples of discrimination and harrassment.
The general EEOC web site has an online assessment that is completely confidential. It will tell you if you have a relevant complaint and then direct you to your local EEOC office. THis process is confidential until you agree to it being otherwise. Once you meet with the EEOC officer they will enter your data and find that Bostiwck Laboratories already has complaints pending. Yours will be added to the group automatically.
Any postings beyond this one are irrelevant. Bostwick won't be notified until the investigation is complete. Dr. David Bostwick will be solely liable as the owner of the business.
