EctoAdvance the Generic Frontline Plus

July 2011
The court suspended the seizure order for 60 days, pending the appeal, Dennis Steadman told Dow Jones Newswires in an interview on Friday.
He said the patent on the main active product of Merial's drug Frontline Plus is invalid in the U.S. since 2010 and his company is entitled to produce the drug.

Bioequivelant Generic It is the exact same thing which means that is nit possible.
Um, yes it is. Just bc the ACTIVE ingredients are bioequivalent doesn't mean the entire product is. The vast majority of the product, 81.4%, has nothing to do with your "bioequvalent" piece. Do your homework before you start making these outlandish claims, junior.

Ecto Advance was not pulled from the market. Merial has aggreement with Sargents to take Frontline plus OTC. Merial will have a hard sell with their new product. Ecto is still in the market and avalible thru next year.

Ecto worked fine on my dog and saves tons o' dough compared to overpriced main brands. Ecto is here to stay sisters. Do your own homework. If you haven't tried it, STFU, morons.

It has also been noted that Frontline does not list its inactive ingredient and that
that ingredient has come under some scrutiny by the FDA as to to its adverse
reactions in pets.

There have been reports of adverse effects from using Frontline also.

There has also been claims of adverse effects from other brands of flea medication.

One would think that a topical treatment that is in essence a poison should be the
last line of defense when dealing with fleas and maybe sourcing more preventative
measures first before applying these chemicals to your pet, would be wiser.
