It is.  We (CN) tried to derail them with the classification issue, however, CMS did rule that it is indeed an MCOT device.  They got into one of my accounts and they were able to produce all the data they claimed, even the stored data.  I was able to get them out with providing better service.  MedNet sends their reps from NJ, therefore, they are not able to see the accounts very often.


One way they hook the accounts is through the sale of their sister company's pacer boxes and the sale of holter systems.  That is why they target the larger accounts.
