If "cleaning house" means people are beyond disgusted by the lack of trust and faith in PS and the RSMs, tired of being subjected to the mind f**kery on a daily basis, sick of telling docs we are first line when we aren't even close, and sick of working for a crooked company leading to record high resignations then that's not the way most companies would like their "house" cleaned.
