Did the VP of sales truly threaten all of our jobs before going to ASM? Did he really say we will be micromanaged? Is this supposed to rally the troops? I called my RM and he had no idea this was supposed to be the mood of the call. I spent my morning talking to everyone about this instead of in my accounts and so did every other TM I know. I can’t believe that a VP would say these things in such a threatening manner. I hope someone puts a laxitive in his drink next week. POS

I can’t believe he actually wants you to work!!! You are the reason why this company continues to fail. Again, I wish they would just completely revamp this ENTIRE sales force and FIRE you all. Hopefully this call helps you all see the light. Please quit and do your AD and RM a favor. Trust me when I say that the leadership team here laughs on how horrible you all are

You are an idiot and exactly what’s wrong with this company. There is a way to talk to people. Blaming us saying we come home early in the summer and that’s why sales go down Is stupid. You think the sales force should be eliminated and the sales force thinks that most of senior leadership should be gone. We have worked for real leaders in the past and recognize a puppet show when we see one.

wow!!!!! A friend of mine is a the VP at a startup company and he tells me that BG is negotiating an offer with them. Bob you have some explaining to do! You can’t just blow us up like this on a call and than plan on leaving, right? Spill the beans BG, when is your last day....come clean.
