Earnings Announcement delayed until next week (confirmed)

Matt Duffy (Pernix IR) stated earnings will not be released until next week. Be careful to lock in your gains from today with this stock. Cannot hold gains historically. Also PTX rose big days prior too less earnings - then massively tanked. Lock in profits today if possible. (just in case bad earnings or debt payment news is announced).

Sure. Just like everything else you say is "true". Because you are not smart, I will clarify that I put "true" in quotations as scarcasim.
 






What is not true ?

All of the below is 100% fact !

1.) Matt Duffy from IR at Pernix said earnings abbouncement is not happening today. Delayed until next week. Call him directly and he will confirm this to you also.

2.) Pernix stock rose greatly several days leading up to the Q1 earnings report. Then tank immediately afterwards when earnings was not met. This is fact you can check out yourself

3.) Pernix stock does tend to spike on no news (like today) , only to tank shortly thereafter. Again this is fact, just check the stock charts since last earnings.

4.) A lot of people made good money today on Pernix stock with the rise. No need to get greedy and risk another tank, or poor earnings - or failed debt payment yesterday (no idea if failed payment is true or not).... so smart investors do not risk gains holding a stock prior to earnings. Especially in a penny stock company that is still financial distressed that has heavy debt. Smart play is to lock in your profits and simply wait until after earnings announcement too see what your next move will be.

You are lying. Matt Duffy said no such thing, that is a violation of SEC rules. Your stupidity is astounding. What else are you going to lie about?

Again, please call Matt Duffy as part of your own due diligence. Matt stated that Pernix would be announcing and exact date later this week for earning date next week.
What is so hard to fathom about that? He said it, and he will tell you the same if you call him.

Whoever this guy is calling you a liar probably doesn't have any money invested at all.
I just called and spoke to Matt, he confirmed the earnings call will happen on Monday. He also said The debt payment was postponed and a reverse split is coming. He told me that it will be very good for the long term.
Matt also said no buyout is on the table and today's run was a classic pump and dump.

It's best to sell all your shares tonight

Well Matt only mentioned the earnings call being postponned for sometime next week earlier today. None of the other info he was allowed to share at the time do to SEC regulations.

But thank you for sharing the additional information. But to clarify, this is NOT a classic pump and dump if positive news is released. Pump and dump are when stock greatly rises without news (like today) - then tanks shortly thereafter as there is no positive news catalyst to sustain the price momentum. Thus the tank.

So we need news tonight or this stock will give up all of its gains shortly.

Yep I completely agree with everything you just said. Matt told you and I the earnings call is next Monday and this is a pump and dump situation and the debt delay and no buyout and we all need to sell our shares immediately.

Thank you for all your hard investigating and for coercing Matt into giving up this information (I just hope he doesn't get in trouble) that earlier guy seems like someone who could call the SEC on Matt.
 






Seriously, call Matt yourself and ask him. He will indeed take your call. That is what Investor Relations do. They speak to shareholders and investors. Like I mentioned. He cannot give out details on anything but the anticipated earnings date.

I am sorry you do not believe me and I welcome you to call him in the morning at the number I provided. He will confirm that the earnings announcement will not be on Thursday. And that it will be sometime next week (he never said Monday).

Again, congrats to everyone on today's profits on big rise. Remember, we need news as stocks do not rise 30 + percent without a positive news catalyst. If no news. Before opening Weds, this stock will dump (tank). So we all need news.
 






How is something delayed when it was never announced?

Isn't the SEC requirement for 10-Qs 45 days after the end of a quarter? Didn't the quarter end 6/30? So let's do the math---July 1-31=31days + August 1-14=14 days =45 days. Maybe I can't count, but think a delay would mean anything after the 14th. And today is the 3rd.

Let's also not forget they just hired a new CFO last week.

Someone needs to slow down on their stimulants, take a nap and maybe do a little yoga.
