I saw this designation on a job posting and I was wondering what it meant? Are all sales reps E3's? How much does an E3 make and what does it depend on? Can a sales rep be an E4 (are there even E4's ?'s) amor is that for managers?

LOL E3? Seriously? Uh oh here comes the cost savings by reducing the pay grade for new hires...

Can someone explain how the pay grades work? What are sales reps brought in as? What is an E3 range?
