E1 and incomplete tracings

Many, many EBT and EMID reps still have issues with their sales #'s. so much so that the company is suing the company that was supposed to do the switch and botched the process. It is now on the back of the rep to fix any tracing issues. Good old Covidien! Way to treat your people! If you can't fix it, f**k them!

Totally agree. Just another company dirt sandwich. I was told by my manager that if I did not like it to seek employment elsewhere. I am doing just that and suggest you do the same.

I don't understand this comment. The move to NASSC was internal. There might be a new system, but that was not the issue. Who are they suing? themselves?

You really think E-1 was internal? Don't tracings directly effect sales reps commissions? It sounds like a large portion of the EMID sales force, as well as others divisions are most likely, are directly effected by not being able to have accurate sales tracings reported. How much has this cost Covidien sales reps in commission?

You are spot on. Some have been affected more than others. The company claims all issues are fixed. As far as the suit, outside vendors were used to make the transition.

I've heard the sales tracings may not be correct.

Is this accurate? And if so how does the sales force track their number and quota and commissions, with incorrect sales reporting?

You dont! You are supposed to lay back and be thankful for your pitiful salary. Most managers will tell you they suspect the numbers have been jacked since the E1 disaster.
