Did I get an Email I was not supposed to get? Well YES I did. And when I called my DM, he was stone cold silent. He knows he screwed up. I want him to sweat. I want the crazy lady in HR to sweat. They will soon hear from my attorney. Can you guys say, "lets make a deal?"

Don't taunt - if your DM is doing this probably some others are too; clue your colleagues in.

Show some character and integrity. Don't be "that guy".
 






Why the hell not...!!! Novartis is 'that company'.....i have made it my life mission to bring this company to its skanky, slimy knees and anything anyone has one it...BRING IT!!!

Believe me, everything good, bad or indifferent that you say or do will be communicated to HR in one form or fashion. If the Dm is a dork he can hurt you badly. I know a rep who kept his mouth shut so many times......

The DM will be "that DM." Why, they are told to report EVERYTHING, no matter how trivial. Any comment that can be interpreted in a negative mannerr no matter how insignificant. Remember the cube from Hr....??? If you know or suspect? Report that DM, if the shoe fits.
