I have 2 DUI and a homicide on my record, but they said it's all good because I still have my drivers license. So, if you have a valid drivers license you'll get the job. Hope you get the job in my region, then we can go drink and drive together.
 






First off, I doubt Victory even bothers to do a comprehensive background check even if they say they do, because this is the cheapest pharma company known to mankind. Secondly, I'm sure it won't be an issue since there's no way the upper management employees here have clean records- they have already proven on several occasions that they lack any class or restraint themselves, and they are the ones setting an example to the reps. Here at Victory, reps and other employees get away with murder when it comes to acting like unprofessional idiots who can't control their drinking. You should not let a DUI deter you from continuing the interview process. Like a previous poster said, you will fit in here wonderfully.
 






I work at pizza hut and was approached by one of the managesr from Victory after delivering them a pizza and he wanted to hire me to sell some of their pathetic drugs. He said, "I know you got what it takes to do this job because your a delivery man and your drivers license is the golden ticket into the pharma world" After he told me about what Victore had to offer, I politely declined. I have a family to raise and couldn't afford the pay cut.

Look aroundat the talent. Not much to talk about! Pay crap get crap. Offer crap,don't expect much. You think this company is in such good shape from where they started. Maybe a little better but their goal from the begining was to sell and make huge profits. They can't find a buyer and now they keep dumping money into even shittier products just to get buy. Still no takers and don't look for any soon. Times are changing and if they would have sold 2 years ago to Sciele that would've been perfect, but now it's a different game and this piece of shit company is just trying to keeps it's head above water.
