Durable Medical Equipment- good or bad place to be?

I was approached by a recruiter for a DME gig- device is sold to hospital for physician to prescripe to patients or sold directly to patients to use. Product is used in hospital and at home it looks like.

I am fairly young and only have a little experience in med sales but i do currently sell capital equipment/disposables to hospitals in my portfolio. That being said, there is more money to be made with the job im being presented.

Would DME move me away from capital? Should I try to stay in capital/disposable? Are DME and capital considered somewhat the same? Any feedback here is appreciated, thanks all!
