I’ve loved my years here but I have to say this indication launch has been a huge disappointment. There is no excitement from a national level all the way down. I’ve launched many drugs in my career and this by far is the most disappointing. The expansion was way overblown and I can see cuts coming in 2025.

Not sure about cuts but definitely didn’t need the expansion.

Indication launches generate less excitement than product launches. I think everyone internally and externally expected it anyway. However I do agree that there hasn’t been much excitement internally being spread.

Expansion overkill….the Pharma way and then cuts are made when they realize it was a bad idea.

If you have a good FRM it makes a big difference. Mine sucks so it’s a nightmare.
