Who stupid idea was it to start a realignment on March 21? You don't start something like this in the middle of a trimester? Perry - you must really want to lose your job to do something like this.

The competition isn't even promoting or sampling their products and B&L still can't gain any besivance share. This realignment is like a one legged sack race by yourselves and you're losing. You are literally getting your ass kicked by one legged man in an ass kicking contest and your are the one legged man. It's hilarious. It's really just pathetic.

You couldn't even gain share with reps who have had the relationships for some amount of time calling on those same accounts. Now you are going to introduce a new rep to 2/3rds of the doctors. Those reps will still have their own old accounts, but all of those new accounts... you just keep shooting yourselves in the foot... and you only have one to stand on to begin with. you guys are such losers.
 






some of the anti infective reps have to cover huge territories. i can't imagine how much it would suck to drive 4 hours to go see a top target and not get access. Even if you do get access after months of trying, then trying to get them to use your drop off label for post op and then not be able to even secure the business by providing enough samples because you're not allowed to leave them, make post op instructions, script pads or be any sort of valuable resource at all to the client.

B&L with the novartis management has created a loser big pharma sales forces that brings no value to the customer other than a new rep every year begging for scripts.
