Duane Giddens for President!







That was AMAZING!!!! Forget Trump, Giddens in 2012!!! Thats was the view of 95% of this company and still no one will notice! This place is tanking in moral!!

Sadly the system is designed so that the rep had no voice in this industry. 1DM = 50 reps. Duanne stated what 90% of us feel here with Forest. Duanne won't get fired for this but will be put through hell by her manager. Extra reports, write ups, extra field rides are all in her future.
 
























Issues go higher than CB. They may start at the ABD office of BS or go as high as C-Level.

Forest is still in the ancient "share of voice" / POD model.

This makes sales reps:
1. A number
2. Easily replaceable
3. Decreasingly marketable

Nothing will ever change unless there are massive upper level shakeups.

Not all pharma companies are the same and there are many that do treat their employees as a valuable member of the team. I have worked for 3 other "big" pharma companies and they did not have the low-life culture of Forest.

Culture starts at the top and I do not have any faith that anything will come of this letter although you would think that some heads should roll. All you retarded managers who manage as illustrated in the letter should think long and hard about how to manage in the future. With the all the multiple communication devices out there don't be shocked if your berating comments and diatribe show up on youtube or maybe even 20/20. Wouldn't that be exciting. I would love to see that one day!!!
 






Maybe Forest upper mgt will take notice when all of the best reps are gone....then again, I doubt it. Upper mgt and HR ignore complaints to cover the asses of no-nothing DM's and RD's.
They do not see the lawsuits that are coming!
 






Good job. I don't even work for this shady company but have heard terrible things. The upper management doesnt realize that we (reps) have good relationships with the doctors and if they keep cycling out reps it will ultimately piss the doctors off to a point they won't allow forest reps back in or maybe even stop writing their dime a dozen meds that forest promotes. If I worked for Forrest I'd start looking for another job asap! I lucked out and got in with a great company who not only PROPERLY trains the reps but the managers as well.
