Newer employee. Enhertu is top notch. The pipeline is great. Comp is fine. My observation is the culture is closed and full of cliques. Wish it was a more friendly and open place. The folks that left and went to Gilead more friendly than AZ and DSI peers. So whats the history and scoop of this place. NSD fired already, turnover in breast team and medical affairs seems high.. It seems if you aren't part of the DSI OG you are excluded. Is this accurate? Appreciate some history and perspective. Evaluating new company.

are you fishing or are you living in past? No NSD has been fired in 2 years. Breast turnover and supportive care turnover extremely low. Gilead people are trying to come (tw, bs, eo). Cliques are part of any company. Opportunities and pipeline growing.

You must be a newbie . Breast turnover is higher than McDonald’s. Also , they had a town hall in 2020 where it was revealed they had a 60 % turnover and 70% of reps would Not recommend a friend to apply there . So it’s been going on a while and until toxic leaders, who are way over their skis are canned it’s not gonna stop . True Goat F !

I agree with you. I have a toxic manager. Belittles team. Plays favorites. Subordinates reduced to tears. Diminishing , fixed mindset leader that does not invest in development. Leadership loves him.
