I liked the way things were pre CEM. I got stuck with a crazy manager and this company is going down the toilet. They should of left good enough alone! I know this will never happen but things were better before.

Wait: are you really serious? How absolutely childish and unprofessional--the CEM was a step in the right direction...but we still need to go further to get us where things need to be. You really do need another career.

Why? I simply stated an obvious fact: DSI needed a serious realignment to become competitive. Your response only reinforces my original point...you child!
Idiot? If we don't have a major downsizing by FY 2012 then you can call me an idiot. This is the exact model GSK used and the same vendor, ask them how they like their jobs. I was simply making a point you brainwashed dummy.
You haven't been around long, have you. "This is the exact model GSK used and the same vendor." Are you kidding me? ZS & Associates is the vendor for 90% of pharma and--hate to tell you this--DSI may have been the last to move away from the old team-matrix SOV model. By the way, GSK has moved to a model that is very different (and very bad) from anything else in the industry...but that's their problem. You seriously need to pull your head out of your butt and see the world beyond your own belly button. Friggin moron.
Agreed. The OP is an idiot.
What does the acronym OP stand for? Thanks!
