It’s not. Since it is federally legal and many states have laws protecting smokers. Companies can test for weed since it is federally illegal. Depending on your state there is protection for people who use things like tobacco or alcohol in their spare time. When not at work. Even companies that have banned nicotine and test for it cannot test in certain states. Check the state laws, even if there are exceptions to the law, such a big company would run into legal problems.

If this is really for real...OK I'll play along - God help you...

1) MDT substance testing covers THC so it doesn't matter that its legal in your state. If positive that will be a failed test.
2) You're worried about this? First lay off the Ganja and go to CVS, Walgreens for a urine sample test for cheap. Test results will be known within 5 minutes. MDT does a urine test with a 3rd party, not hair follicle so you probably don't have to shave your head LOL.

Anyone who drinks or doesn't judge drinkers but judges their peers for using marijuana is a close minded neanderthal. I used to be one of you.

We are all very different. Some people, a significant percentage of the population should never be allowed to go anywhere near alcohol. Same for Marijuana but at least they aren't killing people on the roads and all over, shootings, domestic violence etc.

The amount of suffering caused by poisonous alcohol pales in comparison to a medicinal and recreational plant.
