Drug test for employment

Does anyone know if BMS includes THC for the drug test? It's legal in my state. I heard from very reputable sources who just got employed, these pharm companies aren't testing for THC anymore.

BMS does the flashlight test now. They look in one ear and if the light comes out the other you are good to go.

I was drug tested in December and it's also legal in my state. I'm not sure what they test for, but smoked weed 2 days before my drug test and passes lol
