I was recruited away from Lilly and Indianapolis recently after 10 years with the company and am making more money, have better benefits, a relocation package, better systems and technology, 401K, another Pension plan (incredible), a fantastic manager (blessing) and a career path with a viable, financially stable company!

Nothing, just watching for the right opening to occur! Would be very happy to move on to those prospects! Has been interesting seeing how many have moved on to better things than what they had at Lilly, in this current climate. Good for you! YAY!
