When you don't tell Wall Street how you intend to deal with a situation where you are losing money, have 150M in cash and 620M in debt with a 28M payment due really soon that is what you get. Who would own a company in that position without management allaying very reasonable fear. Is the CEO does his job of working for shareholders? Is the BoD having any oversight of whether or not the CEO is fulfilling his duties of keeping investors informed?

Those who are attending the ASM, please take copious notes. I look forward to hearing the quotes of attendees and what the reaction is from this horrible management and board.
