Anyone know the policy on driving record to get hired? I have no speeding tix or DUI or anything considered moving but do have 1 cell phone violation on my record. In my state it counts as a non moving violation and has no points but it still shows on my MVR. Would this make someone fail backgroubd check??

That's no problem. All they care about is moving violations, at fault accidents, and DUIs.

Bunch of reps I know have way more than that. One has at least that AND an accident in the company car and they are still here.
