Driving record question

Hi all! Serious replies only please...

I am interviewing for a TM position in the midwest. Last year, I refused to blow on a chemical test in Missouri. It was dismissed by the DOR and I never lost my license, even for one day. Going further into the interview process, will this hinder my chances of employment? Should I be upfront about it? I had a couple of drinks while entertaining clients at my current position and when pulled over, wasn't sure where I would register on the BAC test so I opted out.

Were you arrested ? Did you have to appear in court ? If so then it's public record and concealing it may harm you.

If no charges were filed then perhaps the cats still in the bag. So to speak. Get a copy of your driving record and see if it's on there.

If your case were dismissed then it would mean you have no record. If that is the case why bring it up.
Do a quick on line check of yourself and see what comes up. You know your interviewer will do a google search.
