Plus piling on by US Court ruling Pacira's patent as invalid. The rats are jumping ship. Think any of those that left for Heron and were vilified. They're laughing their asses off at the shit-show this company is today?

Why would Heron laugh? If Pacira loses to a generic manufacturer, Heron will also become overpriced and will also lose sales. Heron’s product only exists today because of its lower price. If you price it at parity with EXPAREL, no Zynrelef would ever be sold. But if a $100/patient liposomal bupivacaine hits the market, both branded products will become extinct… and their respective sales forces.

You’re not going to see generic exparel for a while. The patent ruling will be appealed, and there are several other patent suits yet to be litigated. It will take years for eVenus to launch. (Speculation, of course, but I’d bet on it.)
