I'll concede that disapproval of obama does not equal a vot against him BUT the trend tells the story with a new low today. 45% strongly disapprove and you have to bet many of this group will translate into votes.

In the meantime, obama wants to take credit for the mess in Libya even though he claimed it would take days, not weeks (and certainly not months) and dems seem to have missed he had no congressional approval. Funny too is no mention of Assad's comments about US involvement, stating Obama should step down. I can't find one mention of this speech in the press. Surely the libbies still think we should not interfere in the mid-east and inflame the sensitivities there! The lack of real US support means these areas are very likely to fall under even more extremist rule and we should have minded our own business!

Obama's latest blame target is Congress. Hey, it's not his fault he can lead them and gain some middle ground! Yet a dem congress under Bush... results were still Bush's fault. Just once, I'd like to see this guy take some real responsibility.

It will come down to the 4 "must have" states for the republics, Florida (put Rubio on the ticket), North Carolina, Virginia, and Ohio. Watch Barry's approval numbers in those states.

Don't hold your breath on the responsibility thing!

Meanwhile, our whacked out liberal friends like Rocknwolf can delude themselves all they want to, but the hard numbers and historical comparisons make things look horrible for Obama's reelection. And this is before the Republican candidate starts to air commercials against Obama and before any presidential debates in which Obama will probably come off looking really bad trying to avoid responsibility for or spin his hideous record.

It ain't over yet, by a long run, but it could very well turn into a Republican Electoral College landslide victory for whoever winds up with the nomination.

Obama could well cause huge problems when he gets close to the end of his term next year. Maybe he'll go hide...in Libiya.
