Nice job Novo.
Most of us experienced reps don't appreciate this horse crap.

That’s always been a thing. In fact these a$$es make you prove you fight for your job that you just got displaced from. Novo sucks. They have become the worst pharma company ever.
whatever makes you feel better about being mediocre, repThey need 2 or 3 to equal one good rep. Most managers are mostly, not all, people who could not sell, really sell when they were, if they were a rep for any time. So, take heart. They are inherently egotistical, insecure, narcissistic assholes. Mine is in the Western PA/ SE Ohio area. Yep, you got it. An ass.

Great post. Thank you.
I had an interview with 3 in Pasadena, a few years ago. Talk about a shit show. So unprofessional.
The next time a company pulls that on me, I am walking out of the interview or unplugging the Zoom call.
what they fail to understand is that most of us are already financially secure and we don't need to be treated like this ever again.
as for these managers doing the interviewing, I agree with you. Most of them sucks at sales.
in fact, most of them were so bad at selling that they made it their mission to go into management as soon as possible.
these are facts. Just look how awkward most of them are in offices.
Writin’ good ain’t your thing, is it?
You’re a joke. You won’t even do the things you claim that you would do. I’d love to see you walk out of an interview. You’re way too scared to ever actually show some spine. And, of course, you went with the “my manager can’t even sell”, despite the FACT that every manager in the company has carried the bag before and performed well. You need to get real with yourself.
You sound like a guy with less than 5 years of sales experience.
Sorry. Wrong again. Seems to be a pattern with you.
