DON'T BLAME US...for your over promising forecast! One of 2 things are true...either A- The company was way off in their forecast, or B- ALL the sales reps suck. I'm going with A. For Sales leadership to suggest that we need to sharpen our swords, (when they know we have nothing to do with their over promising to it's shareholders) is an insult, and a sure fire way to NOT motivate your sales force. I mean, this is leadership 101 stuff! Our sales "leadership" needs to change quick!!
