There is no lawsuit---that is public information. So now it's an investigation---listen goofball you wouldn't know even if there was a pending investigation and the only reliable source would be the DOJ---know what you wouldn't even have access to that. Not necessarily. Generally an 'investigation' is initiated by a person, via an attorney, who solicits the assistance of the government. These things don't happen in a vacuum. Certainly there is an attorney involved. Unless, of course, you're making this whole thing up.

Just call the DOJ office in Washington, DC, mentioned your looking to speak to someone re: Bostwick and they will connect you to the right people. Plus, I am sure they are likely the same people who have chatted with DGB and alike.

As a pathologist (no lie) I would like to know if this is really true. I work with a different company and about 2 years ago their rep told me that was the rumor because Bostwick was offering UroVysion at prices that no other lab in the country could match. Doesn't really affect me.
