So what happens now with all the VA/Fed Gov RFP's? They have to disclose on RFP and is TRICARE going to be kicked off.... It is not clear. Says more to come. Bio- just gets away with it. 10 million is just a little slap.. DOJ with NO BITE! Funny- Same way other labs are paying $30 for a liq biopsy draw to a nurse.. Medicare pays what 3/5$ for a draw.. No thats not over paying for a lab draw. Also are all these nurses signing BAA/LSA agreements and W4s to be paid by these companies who getting all the new liq biopsy and CTC testing?
 






Spot on post! DOJ barely barked. VA's and TRICARE dont care. Oh you have fraud, no problem. We want you to still do goverment testing for us for 5 more years. And Biocept/ Guardant Health, Inc. all stil paying MA/heck even front desk help to draw.. TRUTH! Pay them 30-40 a draw on 4-5 pts a day, no one cares.
 












OIG just put a warning out about collection fee arrangements. This is what always happens. Before DOJ does after the industry as a whole, they have the OIG issue a warning to make the fees stop. The labs that continue to pay, then get criminal charges against them. They do this to avoid entangling the doctors. If they would just prosecute doctors and labs this would stop!
 






























Leadership, hiring practices, company performance, secretive meetings, reorganization - can’t u people take a hint. Downsizing is the last leg now that their bill is paid. They need to fix that east wall insulation problem. I hear word travels fast. Brace yourself. News pending.
