Seeing many offices hesitant to let reps back in office at least for the immediate future so there is no chance managers will be accompanying reps in offices as a result the manager role will be changing being more remote based and less field based
I feel bad because I’ve heard other companies will be reducing managers at the district level because they are no longer having managers do field rides and they will be be more administrative in their role thus limiting the need for managers at the district level because they simply don’t need one manager for 8-10
Next with many office not seeing reps the number of reps needed will be reduced as well and territories will be consolidate it’s already starting to happen
Unfortunately this profession has changed and not for the better
