Does your manager get it or not?

I've heard that there are a few good Biogen managers out there who totally understand the nightmare that Adu has become and they are basically just leaving their reps alone at this point.

I've also heard that there are many managers who absolutely don't get it and are convinced that things like "frequency", "messaging", and "ride alongs" are totally going to fix everything and they are managing to do the impossible... make selling Adu even harder and make their reps jobs suck even more.

My manager is very firmly in Camp 2. She is an utter moron with no grasp of the situation.
 




Mine is camp 2- doesn’t get it at all. Thinks call frequency can fix all of this along with whatever silly metrics they say. Biggest joke of my career and worst manager too.
 












My manager totally gets it. Doesn’t care that we haven’t generated a dime in revenue because we are getting paid by the region. Said if/when that changes we will need to step up but for now we are riding the wave! No need to contribute because it’ll only increase our goals in q1.

I’m just sitting back and logging two calls to each dr and their office to hit call quota. Bringing coffees weekly, claiming a few phone calls, dropping of brochures. I couldn’t even tell you what my top Drs look like. Plus I have a whole second job that no one knows about. That’s where my focus is. I think my counterpart suspects but I was here first. I’ll have to remind them.
