Depends on your situation. I would say it's ok as a stepping stone for bigger opportunities.

Not really. When you look at it on paper it's never turned a profit. It has millions in debt they can't payoff. Last year all they could do is defer the loans. Its teetering on bankrupcy!

Not everyone wants to be challenged. The people that do are constantly striving for promotions or have left. Being in a rat race for more money is not for all.

OP, nothing against Exact, but it's not a very sophisticated sales job.
Also, we have way too many reps right now, so downsizings are on the way in my honest opinion. About five to seven years ago was the time to join this company, not now.
