Not usually. At 37, you're probably too educated and cost to much for S&N. They want people that they can lead around by the nose and not have sense to talk back when things go wrong.
Are you a total yes person or do you have the ability to think for yourself and offer our input? As long as you're willing to kiss the ass of the people above you who have no clue and only got their position based on their willingness to bow before the altar of senior management, you have a chance. otherwise, find a place where your skills and talents are valued.
