Just curious what anyone’s experience has been? Especially GSK. Thank you.
GSK manager will treat you VERY differently than they do their own repsIt can be great if your expectations are low. This is an entry level position at best, some displaced folks end up here but it’s only a placeholder.
How so?GSK manager will treat you VERY differently than they do their own reps
DumbassCurious what the base salary would be for someone with experience.

$150k with ten years experience. The benefits SUCK. I love the HCPs I call on but the comp sucks, IC is terrible, and the company car is crap.Curious what the base salary would be for someone with experience.

It's a stepping stone and not a career.
Is this a serious question? No, you are paid absolute dog shit.Just curious what anyone’s experience has been? Especially GSK. Thank you.
Lol, this is complete bullshitIt depends on your experience and the contract. I have been with Syneos for 3 years and my base is 165k. Bonus is 40,000 at goal per year. Every contract is different and is based on your experience. I do think it is true that you are treated a little different than the reps that are direct hire. If you can get past that, then it is about the same pay and benefits that I had as a direct hire. My experience has been a positive one.
