LTIs end with your employment contract and there is no obligation for any LTIs including PSUs after termination. That said as an M2, I’ve often been awarded LTIs in addition to bonus, but this is at the company’s discretion. Hope it helps.
I felt really good about my LTI award. Then a month later I was laid off. Nice strategy - award LTIs and raises, then can the people so you dont have to actually pay anything. Tell me again about the Credo...
Is this one of then 'white privilege' problems? As a D1, I'm sure you can navigate through the various J&J websites, microsites, and SharePoint folders to find the answer to this question.
You don’t lose LTIs perviously granted as long as you’re not terminated, or leave.
There are also rules around retirement depending on service, etc, that may allow them to vest as scheduled.
If you were a D1 and find it necessary to ask a question like this on this forum, you never should have been a director in the first place. Go ask your HR rep. No wonder this company in buckling under the incompetence it built.

White Privilege?... more of this DEI crap?.. but if you need that ' i did not get promoted as I am no white ' rationale to keep your ego intact, ..have at it...

Nice try! Total BS! I was granted LTI for 2023 year end performance review. I was notified of the LTI in early March 2024. I was given a layoff notice in April 2024. My LTI disappeared from Fidelity the day after my last day with the company. Poof. Gone.
