The company I work for offers insurance but it does not meet the minimal standards. So I have to find insurance on my own! Why doesn't the law mandate that employers MUST at least offer a minimal standard insurance?? So why is my company even offering that crappy insurance? Makes NO SENSE!!

If your company's insurance doesn't meet the minimum standard, they are no longer offering insurance. You are now forced to get Obamacare, which is apparently better than your company's "crappy insurance", but you are most likely going to pay more for it.

Our government should not be able to force individuals to buy insurance and it damn-sure should not be able to force companies to provide "government approved" insurance.

Ummmm...the government, in Obamcare, does mandate what they think is minimal insurance, that's why your plan and millions of others have been cancelled. Instead of asking why your company offers "crappy insurance" maybe you should ask why government needs to be involved so deeply in your healthcare decisions. Did you ever hear Obama say "If you like your insurance you can keep your insurance. Period."? Well, because he mandated what your coverage should be you can't and he lied.

It is pathetic that anyone would believe that government should define minimum standards... Individuals should define what they want and what they need. Who knows and cares more about your wants and needs than YOU, the individual?
