Does Forest offer decent health care for employees?

Before accepting a position here wanted to know ball park cost for family insurance plan? Obviously dental and medical covered, how about vision, mental/counseling, etc. Basically is it any good?

I am in the same boat and was wondering the same thing. I believe there are two different options - a basic plan and a cadillac version. So, take that into consideration, when you get an answer.

It is around $300/month for a family. That's health, dental, and vision. The health insurance is very good coverage, the dental is good/average, and the vision is terrible coverage. So, to answer your question, yes Forest offers decent health care. The culture and management is not decent, though. Not all the negative posts on this forum are from irrational, lazy employees. Good reps have been treated badly for far too long and it's making a lot of hard working people unhappy. It's terrible here now, so consider that before making your decision.

Salary above $60,000
Employee Only $70
E+1 $140
E+2 $210
E+3 or more $280

Regular plan with high deductible (All Salary Levels):
Employee Only: $35
E+1 $70
E+2 $105

What is base salary? bonus potential? Can you make it? I work at Lilly and have made zero in bonus in a year. Only 2 people on my team are in the money. thinking about changing, but I heard Forest doesn't offer 6 figure bases like the other antibiotic companies??? Help!!
