Does Dilip get tired of FDA Warning letters and OIG investigations?

That’s what ya get when you don’t have an ethical company.
I mean isn’t like 10-15 Billion enough ? Just do the right thing Dilip. It’s a lot easier in the long run.
Plus, you’ll get to sleep in your own house the rest of your life.

Just my opinion: No. The letters and investigations are just temporary, annoying distractions.

Senior management has been operating the company as they did decades ago, before entering the U.S. and European markets. It is the generics business model taken to extreme: minimize operational overhead - including operational costs - and succeed on high volume with small profit margins.

It is difficult to argue with billions in wealth and that seems to be the core justification for doing things as they have always been done.

They would rather pay large fines and shut down factories than make lasting improvements.

I know of at least 6 really good people who’d been contacted by Sun about a position but once they reached out to people in their network to get the real deal, they pulled out of the process.
