Does CRO experience make it harder to get a job at a big pharma?

I have a BD opportunity at a CRO. I'm excited about the position BUT....

I've heard from multiple people that once you work for a CRO, it's much harder to get a job at a big pharma company. Big pharma doesn't like to hire from CROs is the gist of what I am hering. You kind of get shoehorned into working at CROs only.

Has anyone else heard of this?
