Does anyone think it was a good idea to...

Absolutely not. Definitely the worst decision to redirect the attention off Aristada. Look at q2 sales? Training time that removed rep from the field with modules, useless mandatory conference calls, and an exhausting POA cramming so much in. And the credit with get from “account based” sales is a joke. Don’t have the account identified? No credit! Credit should be total dirt regardless. I’m not going out my way that’s for damn sure. For a $100! Ha.

I think it was a great idea! First, we get to talk about the entire portfolio. It’s nice to come in and share the Alkermes story about our history making long acting injectables. Second, it’s opened doors for us in some situations. There are very few Vivitrol TBMs and we add value to some of these semi neglected clinics. Third, why is it a bad thing to be trained on another drug-to sharpen our skill set. It’s a very good thing the customers know they can call us for any of their Alkermes needs. And Schizophrenia and addiction go hand in hand most of the time. My goals for Aristada are going up, I’m still hitting goal and I still am selling Vivitrol to add revenue to the company. This job allows you to hunt for more business. Why not get a few extra Vivitrol scripts for the company. It’s a win-win for everyone.

Haha whatever. Big joke on us. Let it go! And give all reps a flat fee bonus for efforts not being compensated or recognized for. I ain’t selling shit if I’m not going get paid a bonus. Company makes more money but I don’t... big joke and total scam concocted by the asshole JR.
Step up and agree with me- I know 95% of the reps are in agreement but afraid to speak up b/c of possible retaliation.
