What's good, benefits and products. What's bad healthcare industry. What's ugly? Well blog master above trying to put a paragraph together. Blog master we know it's a nickel for every sentence you complete but you are really getting lazy. Your reach and frequency metrics are great however your messaging is stale. Please stop hitting paste on every thread. I really enjoy you. Don't make me report you to blog master headquarters. Try some new messaging.

Please blog master your messaging is weak. Concentrate, control what you can control. Use a thesaurus "loser" is good but not great. Focus on high decile name calling. I'm here to coach you.

I like working here. I dont like the troll posts from baby novo reps. This is a good job. I love selling Toujeo. I like my manager. Would I change or correct a few things if were in charge?You bet I would. But overall I like it just fine. Generally I am happy with my job at Sanofi.

Your happy because you suck and dont even know it! If you only knew how the ABLs talk about their reps like you at the ABL/Managers meetings. You think they respect you? "Absolutely we get along great!" Remember this next time you are looking straight in his/hers eyes. So sad.......

Dude you got fired and so you are a weak and taking your pain out on someone that does their job. Just because an ABL snuffed you out doesn't mean you need to stay angry. Move on and you'll find something to do. The world needs ditch diggers.

Sorry, wrong again! My ABL has me part in the development program & I have seen it first hand at the two mgr. meetings I have attended with him. They think you are all jokes and thats why you are treated the way you are. Just letting you know the sad truth. Act and work like children, so your treated like children. You know that is the way they treat you, so why cant you just admit it, stop fighting it and recognize fact. Its OK you still have a job you say you like!

So if your mgrs think they are all jokes they are jokes. This means you are a joke because they picked someone like them to be in the "development program".

If you were anything more than a joke you wouldn't bash them on a board.

But then again, you were fired and living out your fantasy on this board.

What? You make no sense. You sound exactly like what the poster is describing.
 




pharma sales is a good first sales job, gone are the days of "professional pharma sales rep", good training program but managers are baby sitters looking for "a gottcha moment". Most reps are miserable but are trapped since they don't have ability or skills to look for a "real" sales job. Don't stay more than 2 years, no decent company will want you because pharma reps are seen as lazy and not very bright.

Sure. This is a good job....unless you're one of the unfortunate people who get laid off at Christmas - happens virtually every year. If you're looking for stability, this ain't the place.

Its not a job, its a handout. Money for nothing. Heck, look at the pathetic talent pool in your own POD then look at the pathetic image in the mirror. You are paid for producing nothing at all. Congratulations, your a tax write off. Do you know the reputation your job has? When people ask you what you do for a living what do you say? Yet you feel compelled to jump on here and tell us how worthless we are. I guess the only thing worse than a pharma rep is a pharma rep groupie. Stand fast, and I'll leave you some leftovers from my lunch with a doc tomorrow. It will make you feel like you were really there. If you're lucky, I'll even sign the pizza box for you!

Actually, I don't really go all the way to the bank. My money is direct deposited. You should try that sometime.

Plus, this is simply a job for me, and Sanofi views me as an employee - nothing else. There is no loyalty from either side. If they didn't think I was worth the money, they would quit paying me. And, I do only what I'm compensated to do. Nothing else. I'm not in Production, which is why I don't produce anything. I'm in Sales, which is why I sell. I'm worth the money - my paycheck says so every 2 weeks.
 




I like it. I am well into the six figures lots of vacation and it's easy. My sales are good and my boss and peers respect. Sure I birch and groan but I don't know one employee of any company that likes his job.

- multiple 7 figure bank account panera and pizza delivery guy.
