Sales Training has been broken ever since Tim R left. Since then, it's been a revolving door of incompetent and uninspiring "networkers" who simply follow their friends and colleagues.
There was once a time when people from other companies would come to BI and become immediately impressed with our training department. No more. The people that are hired are not hired due to competencies or performance or from a history of building successful teams.
The whole department needs to be cleared out, from top to bottom.
