Best RD I ever worked for as a Trainer and DM. Great guy. Has he left Forest completely?

I believe BN is a RAM now.
He was the only RD or Senior Sales Leader who had a clue how hospitals really work.
His replacement is a nice hard working person but she simply lacks his depth of understanding when t comes to this market segment.
West Coasters - it could be worse. You could work on the east coast and report into Len M. Mr Retail.

Yes. Very much. When you had a conversation with him, he was fully present. It's a difficult concept to explain, but basically, he came across as no better than you but very knowledgeable. Have a conversaton with any of the three remaining RD's and you'll know what I mean. One is a spacey emotional manipulative head case, one is a retail-details guy, and the third is stale toast.
