One of my counterparts who had been around 25 years had to go around to our doctors and ask them to NOT discontinue seeing us as a result of his job loss. He had a lot of support but chose to try to make things better for those of us who were left. I appreciated that. Relationships are everything and now we find ourselves no where near goal with TekTurkey.

Are these Docs morons??? There actions will only FORCE MORE CUTS. If these Docs are interested in saving Novartis jobs, they ought to start seeing MORE REPS and PRESCRIBE EVEN MORE NOVARTIS PRODUCTS.... WTF?
 




When I was let go in December I had 25 doctors in my territory tell me they were going to boycott Novartis. Several also wrote letters. I also asked them to not boycott the company because the only ones that would suffer were the reps currently working. It was the right thing to do, not because Novartis deserved one bit of respect, but the reps are not to blame
